The terms of this agreement between GrayDay Services LLC., and customer shall be executed as follows, payment must be made before services are performed, with no exceptions. In the event of cancellation, without proper notification, a charge of $20 will be assessed to customers account.
In the event customer is not satisfied with the product there shall be a period of (2) two days to provide proof of a qualifying error, if proof is provided, then consideration will be given to claim.
